In the process of our oxygen floor construction, we often encounter some problems, which affect some of the effects of our construction. For some common construction problems, the effect may be reduced. I'll give you a list of eight common situations in construction, which may have different effects because of some small things. Later in the process of oxygen flooring, please pay attention to the above eight common problems, which can affect the overall effect because of some trivial things. If there are any other problems, please contact us Shandong epoxy flooring. We will communicate online to answer your questions. The following problems in construction are caused by improper construction. In the future, we only need to pay attention to the construction to avoid the following problems.
1. Coarse finish
The newly painted surface is rough, usually because the brush used does not clean epoxy paint or is caused by environmental pollution. It may also be that the paint is mixed with paint, which has not been precipitated and filtered before use, or is covered with dust when the paint is not dry. To prevent these problems, clean brushes and buckets must be used. Before using the old paint, it must be filtered with filter paper or clean nylon stockings. In addition, the painted surface should be covered with a cover or cardboard when the paint is not dry to prevent dust. If the surface of the paint is rough, after it is dried out, polish it smooth with wet and dry sandpaper, then brush it again. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the paint brushes must be clean.
2. Paint blistering
First, puncture the bubbles with a sharp object. If water comes out, it means that there is moisture under the paint or behind it. When the water evaporates into vapor after sunshine, it will bubbles the top of the paint. At this time, first remove the foaming paint with hot air spray gun, let the wood dry naturally, then brush the primer, and finally re-paint the entire repair surface. If there is no water in the bubbles, it may be wood grain cracking, with a small amount of air in it. When the sun shines, the air expands and the paint bulges. Faced with this situation, first scrape off the foaming paint, then fill the cracks with resin filler, re-paint, or no filler, after scraping off the paint, directly coat with micro-porous paint.
3. Peeling of paint
It may be that the surface of the object is too smooth. If the original paint is glossy or powdery (with untreated paste paint), the new paint will not stick well on the surface. Or it could be wood decay or rust stains on metals, or peeling off because of poor paint quality. Small areas of paint peeling, you can first use fine sandpaper polishing, then put on putty, brush primer, and then re-paint. A large area of peeling must be scraped off and re-painted.
4. Painting without luster
The absence of primer or primer and direct varnish before the inner paint is dry can lead to a lack of luster. Secondly, the poor quality of varnish is also a reason. The solution is to use wet and dry sandpaper to rub off the old paint, brush off the polished dust, wipe off the surface with a clean wet cloth, and then brush the paint again after drying out. It is also important to pay special attention to the fact that the film may lose its luster after drying when it is painted in a very low temperature environment.
5. Spot on Paint
There are many reasons for the stain on the paint surface. For example, the material on the wall is dissolved by the water in the latex paint and rust out of the paint surface to form stains, the wall surface wiped with steel wool will produce rust stains, and the leakage of hidden pipes in the wall will also appear stains and so on. In order to prevent stains, you can first brush a layer of primer containing aluminium powder, if stains have occurred, you can first remove the latex paint stains, brush the primer containing aluminium powder, and then re-paint.
6. Cracks on the Paint Surface
This situation is also relatively common and easy to handle. If the crack area of floor paint is relatively large, most of us use chemical paint remover or hot air spray gun to remove the crack area, and then re-paint. If the crack range is not very large, then use sand block or dry-wet sandpaper to dip a little water, grind the broken paint, slowly polish the smooth, put on putty, then brush the primer, re-paint.
7. The paint has not been dry for a long time.
Paint does not work, it must be related to indoor ventilation or temperature, poor ventilation or low temperature will make the paint dry slowly. So all you have to do is open some doors and windows to promote ventilation, or you can put a heater in the room to increase the indoor temperature. If it can't solve the problem, it may be that the painted surface is too greasy. At this time, the chemical paint remover mentioned above or heating method can be used to remove the paint, thoroughly clean the surface, and then re-paint.
8. Small animals accidentally adhered to the lacquer surface
Often encounter such a situation, just painted things are easy to stick to small animals such as insects and mosquitoes, at this time they should be removed as soon as possible, because the paint is not dry, repair is easier, as long as the brush dipped in a little paint can be restored. If the paint is almost dry, wait until the film is completely hardened and then wipe the insects off, so that the smooth surface will not be messed up.
